Hi

I have been looking for 3x3 Zebrano for a while now and everyone only seems to stock 2x2. Anyone have any idea where the 3x3 has gone?

I haven't seen quilted sycamore either. Whilst bemoaning lack of wood Juniper is never seen.

I have tried the common suppliers and fleabay.

3x3 is like gold dust. Occasionally you find it but price tends to escalate dramatically once past wood that is more than 2" thick. Some wood merchants will cut it that size for you in more common timbers but probably your bet bet for something like zebrano is to laminate two pieces together. Special woods such as quilted sycamore is something you have to grab when you see it, not something that is deliberately grown. Juniper isn't a commercial wood as far as I know so you are not so likely to find it outside of private hands.
