Hi chaps,

I bought a 12V car cigarette lighter socket extension from eBay last week. It arrived yesterday and broke the first time I used it. The cable should be bonded to the plug as shown below. What's the correct term for this?

You used it!!!!! Good grief, you used it!!!! What for? Isn't it good enough for you to sit and look at!?!? You will want value for money next!!

The techinical name is a 'flexy thingy to stop the electric string being pulled from the thing that holds it in the thing that has the ERGS to drive wot's connected to the other end'.

I'll bet it was expensive too? At least 50p including P&P?
