What's the name of this fastener

What's the name of a nut quite long with a head on it with a screwdriver slot or hex hole? I want to fasten a piece of wood onto a length of studding

Its the other way round like a bolt but with a female hole up the middle

That's fixed in the material i want to fasten and remove material off the studding

Could be a "pronged T nut". They have 4 spikes under the head which prevent them from turning.
