My little Bosch Ixo driver packed up on me recently. It was one of the originals and as I use it a lot, I wanted to get it repaired so i phoned Bosch to ask where to take it.
The young chap immediately asked for my address and said that he would get it picked up the following day,Friday and all I had to do was simply put it in a small box for collection. He then said that that normally they would replace such items if repair wasn't viable. It didn't seem to bother him that I didn't know how old the item was.
The following Tuesday, knock on the door, same carrier, brand new driver from Bosch, the new version fully boxed with all the bits!!
Thank you very much indeed Bosch. Why cant more companies conduct there business in this manner.
