I can't seem to find where I could buy these kind of plastic wingnuts (have no idea what they are called so probably that why I can't find them).

You can see him screwing those black plastic things down at this moment in this video.

I want to make such router table, however want to get stuff like that for the adjuster,not the small shiny metal ones.

Rutlands (love 'em/hate 'em/indifferent (hammer) ) do a router jig kit that seems ok (to router noob me at least), and might be useful? It seems to be constantly on 'sale' at £20 down from £40 every time I've seen it in true Rutlands style. But if memory serves I got a couple of them cheaper than that when they were actually properly on sale as opposed to RL's, let's politely call it, ad hoc marketing approach. :roll:
I'm sure you can buy these sets elsewhere of course and probably cheaper ways to get the bits and bobs you need buying singly etc.
