Got home from workWednesday lunchtime and all the little gadgets from Zen Broadbandwere waiting for me.

I opened the box and after identifying all the different bits, set about plugging them all in as per the instruction, that took about 10 minutes.

I have to confess here is where I phoned up the Zen free helpline, very nice chap at the other end took me through the set-up and within 15 minutes I was up and running.

What a difference from dial-up, I could hardly beleive the speed.

Thanks to all those on the forum who gave me advice and links to different providers to review. I think I have made the right choice.
