Very simple tea light holder, believe the wood was elm (was very nice to work with) if anyone wants to know Aldi have boxes of 4 candles with glass for £1.40 in 7 different colours.

Did someone say Aldi were doing fork handles? Wouldn't you turn your own?

Lovely simple piece - nice lines and a beautiful bit of elm.

Nice little tea light this is the type of thing that you can use to practice duplicate turning as it is fairly simple. As mentioned before sometimes less is more well done.

Another good source of candles and holders are bootfairs (unwanted presents) I managed to pick up 2 bags of 100 tea lights in each for a whole £1 a bag One bag where green and pine scented the other white and vanilla scented. Wilkinsons is another place I buy glass inserts for tea lights.
