Previously they have corrected my erroneous ordering simply by checking against previous orders, today they phoned to tell me that in the order for two band-saw blades I placed last night I had selected from the price range above the one I really needed and had therefore overpaid. Better than that, they suggested that they send me three blades and they would discount the last to avoid a further balancing payment.
This kind of service really should be celebrated even ignoring the fact that they are the best blades I've ever used.
The usual caveat that I have no connection to Tuff Saws except as a very satisfied customer.
