Using My T5 in the woodrat at the weekend I noticed a lot of side to side play when plunging. Not noticed it before but the plunge was a bit sticky and if I grip the router tightly I can rock it from side to side. It's about 7 years old but has only had hobby use. Are there replaceable bushes and if so does anyone know if they are hard to replace?

is the problem on the plunge mechanism or the motor spindle

The bushes in the plunge mechanism can be replaced a Trend service agent should be able to do this for about £20-£30 plus parts maybe even less if you can find a cheap repair centre. Sounds like it just need a clean new bushes and adjustment.
