I have a Trend T11 router with a frozen 1/2" bit that will not come out the collet is loose but the bit is well and truly stuck. I have tried soaking it in WD40 and apply some brute strength but no luck.
:( :( :(

What can I do? or where can I take it and get it fixed. I'm in Somerset.

WD is not a lubricant or releasing agent, it's a Water Dispersant, you could try a rust releasing agent and let it soak it overnight.

Does the collet come off the router? if so use the blunt end of an old drill bit as a ream and tap it out from the back using the drill and light hammer taps.

Loosen, or preferably remove, the nut. Lay the router on its side on the bench with a block of wood protruding from the vice just at the right height to support the end of the shaft.
With a small hammer tap the end of the cutter downwards with small smart blows. Not necessarily hard, but short and sharp. The cutter should begin to work out of the collet.
