Trend T10 collet and nut question

Hi,

Ive got a quick question for those people who use a 1/4" collet in their T10 / T11.

Ive bought the 1/4" collet, Ive taken the 1/2" collet and nut out of the machine, but the 1/2" collet seems to be locked into the nut. Do I also need to get another nut, or should the 1/2" collet come out of the nut?

Probably a stupid question but I cant find anything about removing the collet in the literature.

It just pulls out. The collet is held in with a circular spring clip.
You are not pulling hard enough!

Mike, if you swap between them often it will be worth getting the second nut - they are about £8 (I bought one recently rather than keep moving the same one)
