I have a Trend T11 mounted in my router table.
I'm looking for a collet extension because some of my bits are quite short and the mounting uses up some travel. Also because I'm a bit lazy and winding it down to change cutters is a PITA.
So I'm looking for a collet extension. Any pointers on what to get/not get? They seem to vary rather widely in cost. I don't need an additional collet, as I have all the sizes I need of those, just the extension.
For example, I assume any of my collets will fit on the end of this: Trend CE/127635 Collet extension 1/2
But this is much cheaper: Premium Router Collet Extension with ER20 Collets - 1/2 Shank to 1/4 & 1/2 Collets | Next Day Delivery
