I'm currently doing some work in a new build house where they have/are using tanalized or at least the modern equal timber for all the internal stud walls and roof timbers, this seems to me to be rather strange choice rather than using CLS C16.
Any one have an opinion on timber choice in house building.
I ask as I unfortunately have the job of refitting door linings into studding that appears to have moved all over the the place, so that the doors that I'm making have a chance of fitting and working as such.
