Trade stalls/stands

Hopefully someone could help me as there is plenty of knowledge on here.

I’m thinking of trying to put together a small trade stand at events like Harrogate woodworking shows around the north and midlands.
Has anyone on here done something similar and what advice would you give regarding costs? Pitfalls or helpful any other helpful advice.

FYI Stand would showcase refurbished Wadkin, Startrite and Sedgwick and smaller workshop machines like disc/drum/belt sanders. Sharpening machines and jigs.

there's a guy at the back that does similar at Harrogate. it's a valuable resource tbh but there's hundreds of workshops shutting at the moment.

Ive spoken to stallholders at a variety of events ( bike festivals, xmas markets etc ) and from what they said, it's pretty expensive getting a pitch....
