Hi,

Looking to get a 160mm (ish) track saw blade for cutting down slightly atypical materials... acrylic (3mm, 5mm, 10mm), ACM (3mm) and Foam PVC (10mm). Sometimes these materials will have either printed and laminated self adhesive vinyl applied to the face or be direct UV printed prior to cutting. Looking to get as good an edge as possible on these materials and hopefully not damaging the printed face / edge.

I've read that for best results I need a triple chip negative tooth angle blade.

This is what I've found so far...

The saw is a Mafell hence the Mafell blade.

I've read mixed reviews about Trend blades.

Do any of these stand out as being good / ideal?

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Thanks.

Look at the Bosch expert range.
I'm sure they make a blade suitable for ACM / Dibond / ...
Maybe the "multi material" one.
I recently bought an aluminium cutting blade from that range . Its nicely made and it would probably work : multiple grinds, negative rake, high tooth count, coated, laser cut expansion slots ...
I shopped carefully and it worked out around 50p / tooth. Good value for a quality blade. I prefer it to a Trend craftpro but I'd also expect a Mafell or Festool blade to be good, equally a Freud or CMT.
