Well it would be ok outdoors but not underwater, it's pretty good though.

Been using it for ages and never had a problem indoors or out

I used it on an oak garden bench which resides outside and is proving very water resistant!!!

It's an expensive way of getting a waterproof (or water resistant) glue and it has a dark glue line that might be objectionable in some cases.
