I have been looking at the cheaper range of excaliber table saws. http://woodfordwm.co.uk/acatalog/Table_Saws1.html

There are 2 that look suitable, a tilt table and a tilt abror. Is there any advantage to the tilt table which is a bit cheaper?

On my last table saw, I would say that everything was cut at 90 degrees, with the exception of mitre joints. I now have a RAS that will do these. I dont really need the sliding carriage, useful as it was on my kity.

I think you will find that they are both tilting arbor. It's been a very long time since anyone made a table saw where the table itself tilted.
