tile / grout sealer

hiya
I seem to be overwhelmed with the blurb on sealers - so 1) is it worth bothering? 2) which is best for grout on walls in the kitchen & which for slate on a floor?
any help from someone who has used these products would be great all the best WW.

I don’t do much tiling these days but when I did I used the HG range of products, they do an impregnater & a slate sealer I’d definitely use one or the other on slate preferably sealing the tiles before & after laying & grouting.
I never bothered with tile grout sealer for walls a decent quality grout like Bal micromax 2 grout is all I use.

As above - never bothered on grout, just used matt natural sealer on stone.
