I am considering making a zero clearance insert for my old EB flipover saw. The insert is 4mm thick, which does't sound like much, but the unsupported area is tiny. Anyway, which do you think would be more suitable, polycarbonate(Lexan) or acetal? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400060744519&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
