I'm in the middle of planning my kitchen and looking for a little advice on the worktops.
I've seen some kitchens that utilise thin laminates - say 12 -18mm, but I'm struggling to find a supplier.
As another option I thought of was using Birch ply with a layer of formica on the top. Does this sound like a viable plan and what would you suggest to seal the edges of the ply? I guess the right glue would be key to this plan.
Any advice most appreciated,
