Thicknesser problems

Just started trying my new Axminster cheapy P/T and it doesn't seem like the feed rollers are moving. That isn't right is it?

Simple issue to look at or given its brand new should I just be returning it?

Return it, my SIP had this problem, the chain had hopped off and I had SIP replace the whole unit.

Dom, its the bench top MB9020 one.

My inclination is to return it but I have a bunch of stuff I'd like to thickness tomorrow...
