I don't know about you but I think the measure of a good internet service is how the deal with complaints. I recently bought a brassed rim lock and mushroom door knob handle to go with it from www.doorchic.co.uk. The rimlock was just what I needed and was the second one bought from them. The door knob however seemed to be covered in small metal filings which were trapped in the packaging and had scratched the knob quite badly. I emailed them and asked about a replacement. I had a very quick reply asking if possible to send a photo of the damage which I did. The next day I get an email appologising for any inconvienence and they are sending a replacement which will be checked before being dispatched. i have another five doors to refurbish so will definately use them again.
