Table saw blade

Hi all,

I need to buy a new blade for my table saw. I was thinking a combination blade would be best to prevent having to change blades between rip and crosscuts. I'm looking for a 40 tooth + blade. Is there any specific blade you'd recommend? Not too worried about price, I just want high quality.
