Strange knife

Hi
Has anybody heard of a knife maker by the name of M BERGER & CO LTD SHEFFIELD ENGLAND ?
I've bought a small strangely bladed knife(20p car boot) thinking it was chip carving knife, removing the old putty! from the blade and handle revelled the makers name.
Its small penknife blade, non folding, the tip of the blade is widened out, to almost a heart shape, giving 2 sharp edges at the tip. The handle is black plastic, so no real age to the thing

From your description it sounds like a cable stripping knife.
