Spalter Silver Birch bowl

A very good friend gave me a Silver Birch log and this is what I found when I split it for Silver birch it is very stable 8 1/2" x 2 1/2" and a 1/4" thick with an oil finish now the wife wants another 4 for Christmas Oh well

Not really steven I Got The other Half Of The Log cut Into Blanks its A nice lump of timber makes Great Bowls
