Edit to add - that's a pretty comprehensive range. I can't remember seeing the 'odd' screw-sizes offered for sale anywhere else. Tiny solid brass hinges, too.

Just got some 1/2 x 3 slotted brass round-head screws from them, no probs.

helpful firm, owners retired a while ago and its changed hands. Although they have stock of alot of slot screws in various sizes, these are the people that told me that these screws are not being made anymore apart perhaps from very inferior quality ones with weak steel and shallow threads (so they may as well not make them at all!!) . Maybe the situation has now changed. I'll get in touch with them to check...

I'd be interested to see if they source good quality new stuff. Meuser in Germany are supposed to have restarted production
