Hello All,

Any advice on purchasing a log splitter, just for domestic use, save my back from all the axe work!

Thanks in advance,

Andy

We recently bought the Axminster 5 ton version and it has coped with everything so far. The only thing to bear in mind with any of the log splitters is the working height - big logs are heavy and you dont want to be lifting them too far.

Or you can make your own as we did, load of work though.
