Have cut a few of these using No 5r ---- but if you are worried about the tight turns try a No 3----this is cutting wood up to 25mm

Brain gone ---- forgot to add "cutting jigsaws." if cut is too tight for the blade you have or the machine you are using -- change it--as it is a jigsaw from one piece of wood it makes no difference if a a rounded or square cut is used
If the design is too difficult change it to suit your skills/Kit

Might try this one myself

John, how does the i look in Friends ?
Would it be better with a tiny hole drilled in the dot to make it stand out more ?

Hi Cordy,
Agree will drill a hoe when I cut this again,when I first cut this I thought the " i "does not look right, at the top of the"r"so I cut the r into the i -- left no gap so it just looks a bit tighter
