segmented turning

Im new here can any help me with segmented turning what are good sites to use to get plans from thanks

How proficient is your turning and cutting/stock preparation control of the wood you use.

Both stock preparation and subsequent cutting accuracy are both paramount before attempting segment work.

For detailed pattern design and positioning control jigs you will find Bill Smiths links hard to beat.

Its not bad I aint done any segmented bowls yet its a thing ive been look at it for about 4 months ive got a table saw and compound mitre say that im quite good with so I thought id give it a go ive been turning for about 2 2 and half years and looking for a challenge to do now so segmented bowls was my thought of trying

Is there any bowls that u would recommend for me to try out first that are quite easy to cut and glue together ive got quite a lot of planks of sapele and white oak I can use

Ok thanks for that ill download it and have a look through it and when I do it ill post a pic of it for u to have a laugh at ha ha my turning look rubbish to some of the stuff on here but im self taught from watching vids on YouTube but saying that we all have to start some where lol
