Seagull ? Chisel Makers Mark

This is my first time of posting a message.
So I hope I'm on the right page.
I found a woodturners chisel in amongst some old tools there is no name on it only a engraving of a bird in flight looks like a Seagull ? on the steel.
I hope someone can help to identify it.

Hey, you're sharp. He wouldn't post a pic there for some reason so I gave them the heads-up on the pic here. They tried to ID the mark and he wasn't showing up there to see it so I was giving him a heads-up. He has now posted there.
