Screwfix Trade Counters

Does anyone know a way to find out if a Screwfix Tradecounter has your particular item in stock without visiting in person?

Screwfix can't tell you when you ring them, and they won't give out the number so you can ring them yourself. You can't do a "false" purchase and select the tradecounter for pickup to see whether the system allows it or indicates it can't be fulfilled, and you can't get their number of BT, and a general search on google hasn't thrown up any leads.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I have had the same problem and I think you have to go there

problem is even when you go there i have been caught out, queue up for ages at the counter, then they take your order and get given a numbered card, then you wait for the order to be brought to the other counter and they say its not in stock. Very frustrating as you then have to have your bill credited.
