Router run out when using with dovetail jig

I had a much loved Elu router which gave up the ghost after many years of use. It worked perfectly with the Leigh Dovetail/finger joint Jig - no problems at all.

So I started to use my Dewalt DW625EK router with the e-bush and as I increase the number from 5 to 10 the finger joints get looser and looser.

I'm totally baffled now...

It would appear that its due to run out, so any ideas what you have to do to the router to correct this?

Is the bush mountedso that 10 lines up with your scratch mark and are you routing in that direction? See fig. 3-5 & 3-6 here - https://www.leighjigs.com/data/SJ%20Use ... 080820.pdf
