Morning all.

I am building my benchtop router table (just to do some roundover and grooving work). It'll be V1, I'm sure.

Using the Kreg insert, predrilled for Triton TRA001. With the levelling plates.

I'm using 2 x 18mm MRMDF for the table top. I've cut the corners of the opening, and taken out the centre with my jigsaw.

Now, I need to tidy up the edges with a pattern bit. I would like to use my small router (1/4" or 8mm as it's easier to handle). I'll probably go at the other side with a bottom bearing trim bit to get the full depth.

Where is best to buy top bearing router bits from?

I'd rather buy 8mm as they're a bit meatier. But seem to be fairly rare.

Wealden (don't seem to have a 8mm shank, 25mm long bit in stock)? Axminster (limited to 1/4" and 1/2" it seems)? Anywhere else to check?

Cheers
