I do stock 315 blades with 2 tooth configurations with the pinhole dimensions you mentioned. 28 and 48 tooth available from stock.
The pinholes are CRUCIAL for the braking system on the machine. If you have the pegs on the flange on the machine you will need the holes in the blades.
