Replacement Bags for Dust extractor

Greets all,

I have been looking at "FAB' Filter Bags" available as replacements for paper bags, sold on FleaBay and by Matmax.co.uk.

Does anybody have experience of using these or opinions about their pros or otherwise.

The claims made seem to be promising

I may be using them in a Fein Dustex 40.

Following up on hairywan's post - has anybody used these bags from MatMax?

The FAB bags for the Festool CTL Midi at ~£20 for 5 are higher than the best prices for the genuine Festool article
The longer life ZIP bag is ~£10, significantly cheaper than the Festool long life filter at ~£80, but it's nowhere near as substantial looking

Normally after-market alternatives compete primarily on price, so for the conventional bags particularly I'd be intrigued to know if they offer any noticeable performance benefit.
