Any ideas on this one? I have been asked to quote for either replacing ar refurbishing a shelter that is clad in waney edged larch. It is basically sound and just looks a bit grimy ( roadside( and all it need is sprucing up, ( no pun intended)
Any ideas on what to use? Power washer? Wire brush? Bleach? Sugar soap?
Not sure at all where to start on this one so any tips welcome .

I'd try the power washer first and see what it turns out like.
Normally good for clean-ups outdoors, and in theory,if it doesn't work, the worst you will do is get the wood wet - bleach and wire brushes have more potential to do damage.
