Took delivery of my new BS350 bandsaw on Friday 13th (!) which was on offer at the recent RS Paskin show (great shop - wish I'd visited them before).
I had a couple of problems - missing DVD and a badly dented motor fan cover, which made me reluctant to fire it up. I e-mailed Recordpower over the weekend and got a reply first thing on Monday morning. The replacement fan cover, DVD and a complimentary 1/2 inch 6 tpi blade arrived on Wednesday morning.
The Recordpower blade is UK-manufactureed and is big improvement over the blade supplied with the machine. I've also bought a set of blades from Hamilton - delivered within three days - great service too.
