Hi my Record power bs 400 band saw as arrived i.v.e add a quick look this morning it look;s a beast can;t wait to get the garage up and going again anyway i;m posting a photo of what i think are bottom guide protector and my question is should i remove them or leave them alone what have you done with your;s

remove immediately and smelt. It's the most over zealous and superfluous bit of guarding you'll ever see.....a Brussels special if ever I saw one!
