I haven't used any of the ones you mention, but it depends upon your intended purpose I suppose. Obviously your budget is another factor. I bought a used floor standing morticer and I'm quite pleased with it. I've bought hobby machines for other purposes before and find them often underpowered. Since you're in Ireland I'd have a look at donedeal if I were you.
I have one of these: http://www.axminster.co.uk/axminster-ho ... its-719120 and its absolutely brilliant, the X Y carriage makes all the difference, but the whole thing is dependent on the quality of the chisels you use, Axminster's Japanese offerings seem to be about the best that are readily available.
Stick with a chisel and a mallet until you can stretch to a second hand Multico or Sedgwick and some decent tooling. Bargain basement morticers with cheap tooling are just an exercise in frustration and permanent inaccuracy. Plus, when you come to sell it on you'll find it's pretty much worthless.
