Puzzle Boxes Book

I saw some comments on the Puzzle Boxes book by Jeff Vollmer about a week ago, but cannot seem to find them again, but I ordered this book from Amazon. It is very interesting and the sort of thing I was looking for to give me a challenge with my bandsaw. However, the reason for this thread is that in the comments seen before, a DVD was referred to and supposed to be issued with the book.

My book had no DVD, so I contacted Amazon to say that I understood a DVD was supposed to be issued with the book. They repeated the order to me, but this also does not have a DVD. Can anyone who has had this book please confirm thta it is supposed to have a DVD or not, or only from some suppliers?

Also, are there any other books worth having that are good bandsaw box, puzzle box books. Thanks for looking

I also ordered that book I also wondered about DVD probably only the Americans get the DVD.

Direct from Amazon. They were very helpful when I contacted tham about this and re-sent to order, but perhaps the 'phone-girl' was not aware of what should or should not be included as thge second book had none also. Have asked Popular Woodweorking for a comment as they produce the book.

I bought mine from the book depository via Amazon dont think I can argue with them as they dont say includes DVD.Keep us posted as to how you get on with Popular woodworking as I would like to aquire the DVD.
