Planer knife setting jig

Has anyone any experience of using one of these?

My Elektra machine has a cutterblock which is just over 2 and half inches in diameter, but the jigs I have seen advertised are for diameters from 3 to 5 inches.
Where can I get a suitable jig for my machine? I have written to Rutlands asking what sizes their version covers, but not yet had a reply.

Welcome aboard!

Although not a direct answer to your question (happens a lot round here!!), you might be interested in a recent thread we had on knife setting.

In my limited experience with looking at a few jigs is that there are often obstacles in the machine to prevent them fitting. Hopefully a jig made by the manufacturer of the tool should fit.
