Hi All,

I would like ot ask youo for some advise;)
I bought Mitre Saw Parkside form Lidl - quite cheap 80 quid.
"But i found saw Evolution Rage 3-S with price 100 quid
Both are 1500Wat and 210 mm blade
Evolution has Multipurpouse blade - cut everything (mostly) - blade is exepnsive 35 quid
Parkside has blades for wood and alluminium - blades are quite cheap 3x - 10 quid.
Is anybody who can tell me youor exepriences with these saws?
Because i can return Parkside to Lidl and buy Evolution
what do you think?

The evolution is good if you are working with reclaimed wood as it will just cut through the nails, however I have that saw you are referring to and its a swine to cut it to cut square, its annoying me so much that I don't use it I just use a hand saw instead.

Matt

Thx.

I think I stay with Parkside especially that Parkside has 5000 rpm (Evolution only 2500) ;(

Screwfix sell multipurpose blades, I got one on special for my mitre saw. Cuts steel etc and was only £14.99 for a 250mm dia blade. It also cuts very cleanly in softwood.
