After reading an earlier thread on Yandles show over the next few days, it occurred to me that it would be nice to recognise other members from here, should i have permission from 'Er indoors, to be absent for a few hours.
So i was wondering did anyone else think a UKWORKSHOP badge, exactly as above this page, top left, would do the job?
Any ideas please reply. Regards Rodders

Some of us still have the Lapel Badges organised by Wizer some years ago.

In days gone by it was the norm for UKW crowd to make contact near the Chestnut stand at 12 O'clock, giving due regard to not swamping the stand so that customers could not get near.

Perhaps the same could be revived or maybe give Pete (Bodrighy) a collective thumbs up about the same time.

Brings back memories of meeting under the station clock ( a la fools & horses ) but these days a small lapel badge would go unnoticed, how about a baseball cap ? :)

World of Woodturners (WOW) members wear Hawaii shirts when they visit events to recognise each other - they also usually have a swop of turned pieces. I don't think Hawaii shirts are a goer for UK so perhaps a baseball cap as Graham suggests possibly worn with the peak over the right ear to differentiate from other baseball cap wearers. :)

I think you are all getting a bit carried away, the usual rolled up left trouser leg should be more than enough.
