I'm new to this site so not sure if I've posted in the right place, however-
Nutool belt sander motor failed, a common problem I understand. Got it rewound, runs for a second, then I just get clicks from the coil (with built in switch) which is adjcent to the push start relay, which works fine. Any ideas as to getting a replacement for this coil unit, or could the motor be operated as a capcitor-start motor with the addition of a suitable capacitor and appropriate switches.
As a matter of interest most of my wood working will be repairing the ash framing of my vintage car
