Hi, recently (about a couple of years now) got a house (never had a house before, always lived in flats) and got so excited with its improvement, that eventually got into wood working and general DIY (but mostly about wood and electrics, not so much metal yet).
I've been using this forum for a while, but now decided to become a member, mostly to exchange tools and materials. As a newbie I came into owning quite a few bits that I should not have bought (or used only once to finish a task, just for the excitement of trying it).
But anyway, now as the basic staff for the house is more or less settled, I am turning more and more to house furniture (mostly shelves, cabinets, those basic things), so naturally more and more wood working, rather than construction/improvement.
