New to this. Advice on blades please

Hi I have just made my first item (scroll saw lettering on 8mm ply) and had an untidy underside. I read that reverse cut blades prevented this. However I need pinned blades and I can only find unpinned with this feature. Advice appreciated please

Visit the Axminster Tools website. They deal in Pegas blades. Pegas make a wide range of blades both pinned and unpinned, including reverse tooth and skip tooth I think.

P.S. Do a search of this section of the Forum. There's a LOT of info on blade types and makers. use a term like "blade choice" or similar. The search function here isn't brilliant but it does work.
