need new tailstock wheel

hi
does anyone know where i can get a new tailstock wheel, as you can see in the pic its broken.
what sort of wheel would fit my machine.
also does anyone know anything about this model, its called the alpine machine wl-4 and was made in taiwan, i cant find any info about it at all on the net.

Turn your own, suitably sized out of a wood such as Beech, you don't need the tailstock to turn faceplate or chuck work.
