I have just bought a few pieces from the Milwauke packout range and thought I would share how I got on with them and show you a few pictures so you can see what I managed to get into them. Overall I would say I am very impressed with them. The quality and robustness seems to be very high, they feel like you could drive a car over them.

Here are the items I bought:

I focused on the drawer systems because this way you don't have to unstack everything to access the contents, unlike the packout toolboxes with the lids on top. You do still have the problem of the bottom toolbox but I accept that constraint and I have made sure I stored stuff in there that isn't used so much.

Here are some pictures that show how I have filled the drawers - I am sure this will evolve over time but for now its already feeling like a massive upgrade over the plastic boxes I was using. I will probably label the drawers at some point

The bag I bought is still empty - I don't know how I'm going to use it all yet, I figured the bag would give some good flexibility for items that don't naturally fit into the toolboxes.

I am going to be using these in the workshop for storage and also for site work - it seems to give me the best of both worlds but time will tell

Anyway, hope somebody found that interesting and/or useful :)
