Motor arbor adaptor

Any engineers among you have a source for adaptors like this to fit a 16 mm (5/8") motor shaft. Preferably in the UK. http://www.cvfsupplycompany.com/elmoarad5sh.html
I have a couple of 1/4 hp motors, 1725 rpm that were attached to old vacuum pumps at work and were heading for landfill. I was thinking of maybe making a bobbin sander/disc sander or even a slower speed grinder.

I think that Picador do something like that. They aren't on their web site but they say to call.
