Can you buy machine covers that are elasticated at the bottoms, Different sized ones that are impregnated with anti moisture or rust properties would be great.

Whilst they're a bit limited on size I use the cheapo Ikea bags upside down as covers over some machines. They fit my Thicknesser and Mitre saw. Obviously no good for anything bigger.

Cheers, Ed

I use goretex sewed into a rectangle with magnets in the corners, which keeps it in place but allows and moisture out which some materials don't do too well. I have some material spare which I could make into a cover or two in exchange for some beer tokens

Do you not have magnate signs over there?? they sell the stock magnate material over here ,just cut it to the size you need and you have a slick surface you can assemble things on too, cleans up well, comes in rolls and different colors too.
